Let's look at the good points. The size is about that of a paperback book, measuring 8.8 inches wide by 6.5 inches deep by a little less than an inch thick. Very small and handy indeed, you can place it in your cargo pants. Available in two colors, white and black (I've seen the black model at a store in Market! Market!, but the white one in the picture looks more attractive). Connectivity is not a problem as it has a Wi-Fi module built-in. A webcam is also installed, with speakers and a mic around its 7 inch screen. It also utilizes a solid-state hard drive, so expect a very fast start-up (typically 2 to 5 seconds only). Power on, and you're up and running in no time.

All in all, if your only concern is to browse the Internet while having coffee or while having a break at the malls, or if you want to have a personal computer for your PowerPoint presentations at work, this is well worth the price at $400 (P19,700 on some shops here at the Philippines). I find this gadget so cute I would want to buy one, albeit I would be needing an optical drive. But if you need a full-featured laptop, there are some available at P23,000 and up, but don't expect them to be as small and as cute as the Asus Eee PC.
